Did I read correctly in that article that firearm stores are considered essential in some parts of California, but they’re shut down in others?

The Ninth Circuit in San Francisco just over ruled Judge Benitez. CA law back in place.

Well, that didn’t take long at all, but its important that Benitez made the ruling. We have to keep cases like this coming.

Well then, on to the Supreme Court, where the 9th will get overridden once again.
