An argument about the important things in life is how we learn
Not when folks are running around saying the sky isn’t blue. That’s just a waste of everyone’s time.
One could argue that both sides of that argument are a waste of time. If people were saying the sky was blue and I wanted to learn the significance of them saying it was… when one is trying to kill time and doesn’t have anything else to argue about, one has to use what they have.
What do you think the tariff’s China has slapped on their less than stellar products are? They certainly aren’t minor.

I have explain Tariffs a lot of times here … They are simply a tax … More to the point a tax on the people without their consent .. You did not vote for the increase … “Taxation without representation” …
I will once again break this down.
You (business) want to sell your product in another country … You pay a tariff to that country … A tax that goes right into the coffers of that government … Supposedly to build infrastructure roads, power . factories , so they can build their economy … Now, (You the business) past that cost along to the people of country. You do not make less money for your product and you are still selling that product… It does mean less people will be able to afford your product in that country …
Small economy’s need tariffs to help them grow … They do it off the backs of the people that can afford the goods along with the counties that sell to them… When you have the economy that is twice the next countries GDP .. It is nothing more then a tax on the people with causes inflation…

Reducing drug cost … About time … I have broke this down before … How we (the people) with our taxes give grant to these companies. To do research on the drug, just to turn around and charge us more when they produce it … Plus we pay more than any other western country for the drugs…
