You MUST START WASTING MONEY AGAIN!

Since Elon Musk is not Senate-confirmed, he should be barred from issuing orders to anyone inside of the executive branch says THIS Obama appointed Judge.

They act the ass, and then wonder why they don’t get votes to reward them acting the ass. Go fugue?

Let them ponder that.

On the bright side, maybe with this ruling the democrats will get the funding needed to study the implications of a transgender juvenile Gelada baboon rejoining a troop somewhere in an Ethiopian forest.

It’s an unanswered question that has caused many sleepless nights for them, which is tragic enough by itself.

I believe you meant USAID but either way there goes more waisted money.

Some “judge” says he believes that dismantling USAID is unconstitutional. Maybe the original altruistic intent that it was created for if that were even still relevant.

But, it has been highjacked, and usurped into a money laundering scheme to funnel huge sums of taxpayer money into illegal distributions, nothing like it was originally intended for.

How in the hell is stopping that illegal activity unconstitutional?

AllI I can say is the Supreme Court better get its ass on the White House’s speeddial system. It is crystal clear that the liberals have decided to try slowing down Trump’s agenda and America’s mandade using judges they have bought and paid for over the years.

These liberals disgust me.

Perhaps it’s time President Trump goes full on dictatorship. Screw the courts, judges and liberals. They can discuss all the cases after the US is back to being the US. They can debate them in all the Ivy League universities, oh that’s right, we’re shutting down your indoctrination campuses! Game over. The United States is in repair mode!
With Hamas running the country, we can’t last much longer! They’ve learned how to use our rights against us!

If only we could reset back to the post Revolutionary War era, knowing what we do now, and prevent the mess we now face.

But, that’s a dream, and now is the reality that we face.

Ya I know all this I was just pointing out the first post said DOGE not USAID

DOGE targeted USAID, that resulting in dismantling of USAID, was stopped by a judge who said it might not be constitutional.

USAID was not being dismantled for its stated purpose, it was being dismantled for becoming a money laundering scheme that funneled money to fraudulent transactions.

And, as such is very much constitutional in doing so to end its unlawful / unconstitutional activities.

If Congress is Republican controlled, then why wouldn’t Trump do this the right way and have Congress shut down USAID? I guess you guys don’t understand the Consitution. The president cannot by himself shut down a govt agency authorized by and funds approriated by congress. Were you all complaining when the courts stopped Biden from wiping away student loan debt? I don’t think so. I guess you’re all OK with a dictator and not a democracy.

What are you talking about?
The courts didn’t stop Biden.
The facts;
Joe Biden’s administration oversaw several rounds of student loan forgiveness, totaling $188.8 billion for 5.3 million borrowers.

Yeah, you’re a regular constitutional scholar.

Yes. The federal appeals court blocked Biden’s proposed $475 billion student debt cancellation program, but the Biden administration has still managed to forgive $188.8 billion in student debt for 5.3 million borrowers through existing programs. That is the courts doing their job. Most of what Biden wanted to do was blocked, becasue the president’s authority is limited.

Happy anniversary, @JimL
