I first heard about that a few days ago. Not sure I personally remember having such high concerns on the risk of global nuclear war. Even such weapons use between just two countries worries me on how it can affect the rest of the world from concern for human life (health), economically and ecologically.
I wish the leaders could realize striking first is not worth the ramifications, no one wins.

However, if whenever an administration exists, are there really about 100 influencers who make the actual administrative decisions? And in this case, U.S. involvement of war, even nuclear (God forbid)?
Brother, I noticed you wrote the word please ‘three’ times on your post. Well, me too. When I hear of two countries at war, I beg they look at their families - wives, children; Go outside to rural areas - see and smell the beauty that would be no more from nuclear war.

Yes. This is per the 25th Amendment. It can also be used temporarily, and this occurs more regularly than most would expect. An example would be if the current President was scheduled for surgery and expected to be unavailable for a period of time. In that scenario, the VP would fill the role until the President returns.
Yes, this also happens regularly with decisions/actions of varying consequence. Rarely is the influence placed upon the administration made intentionally public and is rather left to the public, news, investigative journalist, etc to put the puzzle together.

Putin is the one threatening using nuclear weapons as he is a belligerent bully.
Just like Nikita Khrushchev (April 15, 1894—September 11, 1971) was the leader of the Soviet Union during a critical decade of the Cold War who threatened nuclear war during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
Biden is useless to deal with this situation.
One reason why Putin is throwing his weight around now looking for concessions while Biden is a lamb duck prior to Trump’s inauguration.

I think Bitem is doing it on purpose because his Presedency has failed so much he wants to get Putin mad enuf to do something stupid in the next cpl months so he can say “ hey that happened on Trumps watch, we wasn’t in a war with Russia whenI was in office” I don’t think he’s as stupid as he looks but then how could he be?
