Sounds pretty open and shut to me! This needs to be sent to the US House, the US Senate, The White House, US Supreme Court, to every Governor, to every local Assembly, to all the Citizens everywhere!
Guns are not bad, just bad people that do bad things with them. And every now and then a good thing is done with them. Give credit where credit is due. And this and others like it deserves credit.
