Bear in mind that government legal actions are funded with a virtually unlimited legal warchest of taxpayer dollars and, these days, money government prints/borrows. In contrast, those who oppose government legal actions are using their own money or the money donated to them by individuals who support them.

The fantasy that judges – a collection government employees in a politicized judicial system – will be the bulwark against 2nd Amendment attacks, is magical thinking. Sure, there may be some wins in the short term, but long term …
