I think it’s two main things:
1st The United States is in significant debt, $34.7 Trillion Bucks at this writing.
2nd We are doing nothing to manage our debt, in fact, we are working hard to make it bigger.
The world knows, politically we are a fickle partner, we can’t be trusted.

I don’t love money. When people start doing what they love money stops becoming an issue. Not that I have anything against money it’s just not an issue. It can be enjoyed.
The increasing National debt has been happening for decades. De-dollarization however, began in earnest on biden’s watch. Our enemies see us as weak, and our allies see us as turncoats.

The Russian and Chinese governments are active in regions that the current administration is “neglecting” through trade and support. We are being run out of countries due to what is perceived as a lack of interest. Africa is a hot bed of hate and FJB has looked blankly towards his cash cow we are going to let that place turn back into a terrorist haven.

This begun a few years ago, with the rise of China’s belt and road initiative in 2013. As chinas economy grows and competes with ours, it is beginning to be traded internationally like the dollar has been for decades. Add on top of that the devaluation of the dollar due to excessive use of Quantative easing by the Fed, the buying power of the dollar has dropped significantly in the last decade. groceries have almost doubled since 2013

And with Biden doing everything he can to favor China’s agenda, de-dollarization has taken off like it is on steroids.

The response SHOULD be: 1)Stop handing out large amounts of money to countries that hate us.
2) Start manufacturing our own commodities.
3)Take a chainsaw and cut the The government has thousands of
buildings empty and still being maintained at a cost of billions if not more.
Any government buildings not currently in use to be sold
Transfer DHS completely out of DC and put them on the border. Same with
all the other “inside the beltway” government organizations full of place-
holding “non essential personnel.”
I think this would be a good start.

Remember one other thing, we’re trillions in debt on another front, unfunded liabilities in the form of various state governments retirement plans.
