More importantly, gun control violates our Virginia Constitution, Article I, Section 13:
That a well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the proper, natural, and safe defense of a free state, therefore, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed; that standing armies, in time of peace, should be avoided as dangerous to liberty; and that in all cases the military should be under strict subordination to, and governed by, the civil power.
Well, they went even further than the US constitution, explaining it like theyâre talking to children, yet these âeducatedâ liberals still canât comprehend basic English.
Or they just donât want to. ![]()
that is a fair constitutional point, and Article I, Section 13 is definitely part of this debate. At the same time, the real issue is whether a specific law is an actual infringement or a regulation that can still survive constitutional review. I think any proposal should be judged carefully on its exact language and impact, not just on the general label of âgun control.â
Well, the impact of at least a few of the Virginia laws she signed is to retroactively criminalize a previously legal right to an activity or ownership - patently unconstitutional and illegal. Others are unconstitutional based on the infringement of our RKBA.
I just keep falling back to âshall not be infringedâ and seeing things that were legal suddenly become illegal sounds like infringement to me.
This is great news. I pray that these lawsuit threats scare her enough not to sign these laws.
Think I just read she already signed some bills. YepâŠ
Meanwhile, over the mountainâŠbesides the mentioned, 2 other pro 2a bills were signed here in West by God. Reinstatement of rights for former non violent felons and something about making nics checks easier. Iâve got to say itâs real nice to be avoiding all the bs.
Sheâs already violating her oath of office, signing bills that go directly against the Constitution.
Helllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllo! NEWSFLASH! THEY (The Dimâs) DONâT CARE!âif they are violating our rights, Infringing on our rights! Their AGENDA is TOTAL DISARMAMEMT! PERIOD!âŠWhat? You have a Constitution? WE KNOW BETTER WHAT YOU NEED! Because yer too stoopid to own guns!, You not intelligent enough to obtain a Driverâs license, Birth Certificate! Besides these Puppet .Governorâs and Mayorâs, Congress and Senate are all being PRESSYRED TO CONTINUE THE NWOâS losing fight!.
Trump is shutting down ALL their Money streams!, Oil, Fiat dollars, the Fed, The Vatican, The Straits of Hormuz and now the Strait of Malacca (Indonesia) with those two waterways (choke points) CHINA loses 87% of their Oil ! Itâs a Master class in Global Resets!.
These little pissant Govâs and Mayorâs prolly SEE themselves out of a job real soon. Prolly thinking they can slither away like Eric Smallballs and Tony Gonzales⊠Think again, Trump REMEMBERS Laken Riley, he remembers all of them!.
Let them ATTEMPT to sign these bills. There is a price for messinâ with da KING!
Sheâs officially in the club. These blue states play follow the leader when it comes to gun control. Waiting to see if RIâs latest comes to fruition, making possession of formerly grandfathered guns illegal. If so, there will be a lot of salivating amongst the Healeyâs, Hochuls and Lamonts of the country.
Thank god polis is termed out here in Colorado, hopefully it doesnât get worse next year.
This doesnât seem to me like something that should involve the potus or doj
States get what they vote for
Need scotus to do something
Well, if the primary job of the executive branch is to enforce the law of the land, and the US Constitution is the Supreme law of the land, then the executive branch (i.e. the DOJ) absolutely needs to step in when a clear violation of the Supreme law of the land is taking place.
SCOTUS canât do something until someone sues someone else.
Thats still a judicial issue IMO
You sure you want potus to be able to use doj to stop any state law they say is unconstitutional? Thats quite a precedent
The judges will decide in the end, but POTUS is just bringing the chance for them to hear it.
I believe my Friend we NEED Scotus AND POTUS to step up if local Jack Booted Socialists continue to be Wankers! There is a fine line between making âPolicyâ that effects âWE THE PEOPLEâ and TYRANNY. The Radical LEFT has already (many times over) proven that the way of MAO and Stalin is the way they wish to take their States (and our country). THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Morondani has already attempted to fly the Socialist A&P version of the grocery store. Coming soon to folkâs behind enemy lines! There was a Post/Meme here when someone asked âHow much does it take to open/operate a NEW Grocery store and they said $1.7 Million dollars (Thatâs another 17 folkâs) and Moron said it will only cost $30 MILLION! Already taking the Socialist method of STEALING their way out of financial ruin to prove how smart they thin they are (and how dumb WE ARE!).
We NEED the DOJ to keep these crazy bestards in lineâThey already moved the goal posts so far from the truth this country is almost unrecognizable!. Now if we had lost and âBox of Wine was Installed the CCP would already be OCCUPYING Avenue of the Americaâs in NYC and Goose stepping down Pennsylvania Ave! We dodged a nasty bullet but the enemy still has breath in their lungs and like most wounded animals that is when they are the most LETHAL>
WWG1WGA
Just like the governor of Alabama had to be set straight by the feds in 1963, the feds need to put Spanberger back in her place. Sheâs already showing her balls have no bounds. Nip her in the bud.
INCOMING!
NO F*CKING SLUSH FUND FOR SEXUAL PREDATION IN CONGRESS SHOULD EXIST. PERIOD.
This isnât a âmistakeâ or a âloophole.â
Itâs a deliberate, taxpayer-funded pathology lab where narcissistic predators in pinstripes are granted institutional immunity to hunt, groom, assault, and discard staffers, interns, and anyone unlucky enough to cross their path.
We the f*cking peopleâŠthrough the perversion of the Congressional Accountability ActâŠpay the hush money.
Millions upon millions of our dollars funneled into secret settlements while the names of these congressional sociopaths remain hermetically sealed by the very institution that claims to serve us.
Absolute power without consequence doesnât merely corrupt; it attracts and cultivates the worst cluster-B personalitiesâŠgrandiose narcissists, malignant opportunists, and outright sexual psychopaths who view public office as a hunting license.
The secrecy mechanism isnât oversight; itâs an enabling structure that rewards predation, normalizes deviance, and turns the Peopleâs House into a protected predatorâs preserve.
Both parties vote to keep it that wayâŠ357 to 65 in the last transparency pushâŠbecause the rot is bipartisan, the protection racket is ironclad, and the degeneracy is systemic.
Legally, it is an obscenity:
a direct violation of fiduciary duty to the electorate, a grotesque inversion of equal protection, and a taxpayer-subsidized shield against the very rule of law these degenerates swear oaths to uphold.
They force private employers to face public scrutiny and ruin for the same behavior, yet Congress operates its own taxpayer-backed rape-and-harassment slush fund with zero accountability.
That isnât governance.
Thatâs institutionalized sexual predation dressed in legislative drag.
What kind of soul-rotting, civilization-eroding degeneracy is this?
We fund it.
We f*cking end it.
No more secret payouts. No more hidden names. No more congressional predators using our money as their get-out-of-jail-free card.
Burn the fund to the ground, expose every last one of them, and let due process do what it was always meant to doâŠwithout the taxpayer footing the bill for their perversions.
They scream about âdue processâ yet they donât have to worry about it because we are paying for their sexual deviancy so they can bypass the consequences.
F*ck. That.

What kind of fcking sick Congress steals millions of our hard earned taxpayer dollars to quietly pay off and bury sexual misconduct claims against its own perverted members? Then has the fcking audacity to keep the names of these predators hidden from the very people footing the bill.[@Ghostofcynthia]
