Yep. I didnāt listen to the video, because Iām tired of hearing MAJOR BREAKING NEWS! for every single case he discusses, and how he makes what should be a 2 minute video into a 20 minute one, but still, I do respect his mission.
Anyway, the whole problem I see with machine guns is that the āin common useā test is pretty dammed hard to apply to a gun action that has been intentionally taxed to near extinction for a hundred years. Itās the perfect catch-22 there.

. On the actual topic itās clear to this observer that Trump will straighten all this 2nd Amendment abuse and persecution from the Lawless Left that it canāt (and isnāt) done overnight. Weāve been phucked over so badly since that FILTHY KENYAN was CIA INSTALLED we can hardly see Blue Skies somedays with all the criss crossing Chem Trailsā¦
This will take time but the Result will be worth it.

This is the crux of it though, they legally canāt regulate something out of common use then declare it not protected!
Itās a major sticking point in the NY body armor ban lawsuit, and needs to be pressed much harder with the machine gun aspect.

Oh, that dammed body armor ban is insane. It infuriates me that, 1, they have no issue taking citizensā guns, then 2, tell the citizens they canāt even wear armor. Iāll wear anything I phuckinā please! No municipality has any right whatsoever to tell me I canāt wear something defensive.
Want to know something really ironic? I just checked, NY does not have a law banning suicide vests. Go figure. Personal armor, not allowed. S-vest, not mentioned.
