I bought this full-tang, small-game/caping knife to look at a sample of their “New Generation” Staglon line. It came with a hollow-ground, 3.15” dropped-point blade, choil, and a concave thumb-rest on the spine. The steel is a “Cr” stainless - the Staglon slabs are really thick, and brass-pinned to the tang - a brass-lined lanyard hole is a nice finishing touch. If anything, the Staglon has a dark appearance to simulate real stag. Of course, it also includes the usual crummy brown leather sheath. It’s well-made, and KNIFECENTER offers it for $22.00.
