Because I’m a cool - relatively neat-o - stand-up kinda guy - i wrote SMKW to STOP selling their #RR2163 knife - the clunker I’ve recently reviewed. I pointed out the obvious flaws in it and its sheath, and demanded a CORRECTED version of it for my spent $$. I can’t WAIT for their limp-wristed response - “crickets”. I’m also having an ongoing problem with COLD STEEL and their “Commercial” line of knives. I hard-shopped for TWO of them - their “Western Hunter” and “Big Country Skinner”. The profiles of BOTH stated, “Sheaths Sold Separately”. Not wanting to rely on dealers, I placed a DIRECT order for them, but only received the knives. I wrote and told these GSM morons to get their ■■■■ TOGETHER about this, but its “crickets” so far. FYI

You were aware the sheaths were sold separately, did not order the sheaths, and are upset you did not receive the sheaths?
Their customer service wrote me before I ordered - their policy had changed - I would receive the sheaths WITH the knives at NO extra charge.
I see.
If they’ve changed their policy, I wonder why they haven’t updated their site.
