They refused to hear it NOW…. They are waiting for more lower courts to trip on their own dicks so they can sweep all of the issues decisively in one decision. It’s a sound call. Leave no loopholes when they do.

If I recall correctly, there are at least 3 similar cases pending appeal. These have been “lumped together” such that if the first one falls they all fall. By not hearing the Maryland case it has been set aside and could be resubmitted to the Supreme Court later. Not a loss. A strategy.

I just took a new shooter out to the range today … Started him on the 22’s finished up with the AR15 everyone that shoots one wants one… He had fun… Wants to do it again…
