Chief Justice John Roberts is a coward! He should have granted the Snope case certiorari during this term as all legal proceedings have concluded in the lower courts. We would have a decision in 2025 if he hadn’t proven his cowardice. Now we wait…
2026? Who knows? A conservative supreme court majority does nothing with a coward at the helm!

I think it goes well beyond just Robert’s. Even supposedly radically pro 2A Thomas has been clear in stating he believes some restrictions apply to the 2A and very unclear about where he believes those restrictions should start and end. All of their pro 2A rulings have been written very narrowly leaving a lot more room then necessary for the anti 2A crowd to pass new restrictions.
