Last week, a 32 year old Man attacked his 75 year old employer by brutally kicking him multiple time until he was knocked unconscious. The attacker is charged with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder.
Disparity of force issues with regard to age as well as brutality of this dangerous attack would warrant the use of lethal force according to Michigan Law. The victim was not armed, no shots were fired.
Linked video in the story is quite brutal but will go a long way in a conviction in my opinion.
