I believe sooner or later that the Constitutionality of “Red Flag Laws” is going to end up before the Supreme Court and they will agree that they do in fact violate the Bill of Rights.
But it will take time as it did to finally get the Heller decision affirming the 2nd Amendment as an individual right.
As frustrating as it is we need to be patient, continue contacting our elected politicians and calmly letting them know our stance on these laws and our willingness to either vote them in or out of office.
Be patient friends, It is coming, Rome wasn’t built in a day, lol.
