@David38 IDK that it is a fetish but it is presented on a way to say ‘I dont care how you look as long as you are intelligent.’
I think intelligence is just one aspect of the whole attraction thing but so is chemistry and many other factors. @William191 can explain those specifics better, at least from a guy’s point of view… boobs etc.

BTW, I have had occasion to work with some certified (Certifiable?) geniuses who were only interesting in that they inspired me to think about how many ways I could get rid of them but make it look like an accident.
