Society and the Nation we love is also temporary! I feel terrible for our fathers who fought for nothing! Why didn’t the Democrats just let Hitler win, it’s what they wanted all along!

It would be better if the New Jersey voters did not elect anti-gun Democrats in the first place. The Courts will never be the savior of the 2nd Amendment as legislators can continue to enact anti-gun, anti-freedom legislation.
It is important to observe that individuals who challenge bogus laws in court do so with their own money for the chance that they will prevail. In contrast, the state defends anti-gun legislation with a virtually unlimited war chest of taxpayer dollars, and don’t care whether they win or lose – it’s somebody else’s money. And, as the NY experience shows even when confronted with a pro-2nd Amendment SCOTUS decision, legislators still enact anti-gun laws. It’s somebody’s else’s money, after all.
