Point of Order

Concealing, harboring or shielding an illegal alien is a federal crime punishible with jail time. The Justice department is suiing NY governor Hochul, State AG James and the DMV director for concealing not only garden variety illegal aliens but CRIMINAL illegal aliens.
When did we start suing criminals instead of charging them with crimes and arresting them?
If you and I commit a federal crime, we don’t get sued, we get ARRESTED.

Why aren’t we ARRESTING these criminals and replacing them with interim bureaucrats who will not flaunt federal law? Apart from the fact that they should be held to a higher standard, they are setting horrible examples.

Collaborators are as bad if not worse than the perpetrators in my opinion. Their fate should be intertwined with those they harbor.

These 3 are straight up traitors:

Ocasio Cortez

Ilhan Omar

Rasheda Talib

We’re a country of laws (supposedly :rage: ) but also compassionate. I don’t think we should bill them for the parachutes when we repatriate them.

Because if politicians set the precedent of actually arresting other politicians for all the crimes they commit then almost all of them would end up behind bars.

It’s a slippery slope for criminals who try to use the law against other criminals.

I mean, biden set that precedence, no?

That precedent was probably set way back in the Ancient Greece City states. If not even earlier.

During the French Revolution many politicians tried going after other politicians they claimed to be criminals. Seems like many of them on all the different sides started loosing their heads once that flood gate was opened.

I’m struggling to see the problem with that.

We use a rope here,… but again, what’s the problem?

The problem with the French Revolution was the pretty much complete lack of due process. Not to mention all the French citizens who starved to death over the decades while the politicians were busy lopping off each others heads instead of working together to solve all of Frances problems.

Sadly, very sadly this is true. It’s the system that must be replaced and that will take a very long time if ever.

On top of harboring illegals… illegally, we’ve also been shown massive misuse and out right laundering of tax dollars. It’s sad. Nobody gets arrested. Then we celebrate the protection of an infringement like the ffl. Soon I believe the general population will be cheering for A.I. over N.I. and digital ID’s to coincide with digital currency. They’ll cheer for it because of who initiated it. The government will also probably give a whole lot of it away some how. Did you know in 1913 the income tax was introduced as a means to “stick it” to the wealthy. You only had to pay a one percent tax if you made 20k a year or more when the average salary was 2k a year. Projected to today that would be a one percent tax for those who make 400k or more. Anything less would not qualify for any tax at all. They tricked the average citizen into cheering for income tax. We need immigration. It should be much easier to become a citizen. Not open borders but a system of recording citizenship. The main agenda right now is AI, energy, and digital ID. Everything else you see is just to get US to cheer for those things. Property taxes ensure a man will always need a currency. That’s it’s purpose. Isn’t that a trick.

The thing is he said nothing about illegal imagrants. Legal immigrants should have their rights protected. Compassion is a rational emotion.

So by that logic - Every single person who was sharing classified military operational details on personal equipment using the SIGNAL app should be arrested. Seriously this post is naive to think that people who have power are actually held accountable.

And as someone who worked for DHS ICE I can personally tell you that the reason more undocumented migrants aren’t deported is complex but let me break it down for you as simply as I can:

  1. Undocumented migrants means UNDOCUMENTED. When you travel to any country on the planet you have a passport. Folks who are here illegally DO NOT HAVE documentation including a passport.

So, we can ship people to any country we want but there is nothing forcing that country to take those people into their borders without documentation. That’s a big part of what ERO does is figuring out where the person is actually from and then getting the documentation together to make it so that they can be deported to the country of origin and that country will actually accept them back into their border. It’s this little thing called nation state severity.

ERO LEOs could literally round up thousands of illegals every day but with only around 35,000 bed capacity in service processing centers those round ups would overwhelm the system and jam it up because the system has the dependancy on foriegn nation states “ACCEPTING THEM”. And a lot of time ESPECIALLY with criminal aliens those nations DO NOT WANT THEM. I mean can you blame them? A Zeta or other trans national gang member is a burden to any nation so why would a Brazil or Columbia say “Oh yeah send Marcos down.. we’d love to have a murderer back in our borders!!!”

  1. The law needs to be changed. Immigration law provides for due process and there are too few judges and lawyers. Loop holes in visa need to be enforced because the majority of folks who are here illegally are on expired student or work visas. The SEVIS system needs to fully funded and enforced.

Bottom line to all the armchair QBs out there. You have no idea what you’re talking about. I’ve worked in SPCs, I’ve worked support for large take downs, I’ve been on the border (Falcon Dam, Calixico, El Centro, US Customs and Border Protection Santa Teresa Port of Entry to name of few of the spots I worked to be specific).

The reality is that ICE/ERO and HSI know exactly where the illegal migrants are. But the system is broken and there aren’t enough beds in SPCs and Contract dentention facilities. There aren’t enough Judges, there aren’t enough planes, boats, trains. Why??? BECAUSE YOU DON’T SUPPORT RAISING TAXES.

WHY? Because rich people don’t support raising taxes and they like having a labor force they can exploit. I know that for a fact based on the amount of widespread FRAUD in the agriculture sector. There are criminal organization dedicated to created fraudulent false identity papers to SELL to illegal migrant farm workers. Who then in turn show up to corporate owned farms who knowingly accept those papers but pay less then minimum wage because they know they can get away with it.

So, everyone on this thread. Call you congressman or senator and demand they reform the immigration law. Demand they fund more judges, more ICE ERO agents, more beds, or in other words FIX THE GOD DAM system. Bitching about New York people is irrelevant to that fact. If you are TRULY serious about getting rid of illegal immigrants then do something other than complaining about poeple that in the big picture DO NOT MATTER.

Why because if the immigration system was working properly there would be nothing they could do to stop ICE ERO from conducting raids, take downs, and delivering illegals to the justice department for prosecution and a JPAT flight back to the host nation!!!

God dam the level of ignorance in this country about immigration just pisses me off. DEMAND TODAY - FIX THE SYSTEM! Seriously. Its been like 3 months and not ONE SINGLE immigration bill has hit either floor of the senate or house!!! WHY??? WHY??? Republicans have complete and total control over the government and could change immigration law for a generation!! BUT NOTHING! BTW - EOs are not law and are about as durable as a toy BB gun.

So for the love of GOD call your elected representatives and DEMAND that the immigration LAWS be changed. DEMAND that the immigration system be fixed NOW. Everything else is just useless security theater by politicians who think you’re too dumb to notice that 3 months in an NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE ABOUT IMMIGRATION!!!

I left CBP after 2 years, disillusioned because the immigration laws were no longer being enforced. The abuses under the 70 year old Immigration Act of 1965 are not serving us. The Trump Administration needs to completely overhaul the Act to reflect the country’s current needs.
It might take a grassroots organization to start the process.

The system unfortunately has been around since the country’s founding and it’s just getting worse with modern media and social media. No one seems that interested in tearing apart the 2 party system we are caught in.
