I must say, when most folks are attacked, usually there are few folks around, so to say the liability is mute, But I will say, your more likely to hurt yourself with pepper spray. I prefer to use hand to hand, if that doesn’t work I deploy the spray. After that I run like hell, and the perp. catches up with me, I then deploy my weapon, I cry, I give him/she what she wants and if that doesn’t work I slam him with a 44mg to the face. He knows I mean business. I tell him I am armed, let him decide if he wants to continue. Did you ever shoot a 44mag super Blackhawk in the air, its intimidating.,Any who, not trying to be funny but honestly, if I am being attacked personaly.
