The Hughes Amendment is part of the 1986 law called the Firearm Owners Protection Act (FOPA). The pronounciation of the acronym explains that it is a mistake.

IF my estimates are correct… and IF this passes through in WV… AND IF they are able to sell about 40k-50k machine guns… THEN in theory we’ll be back over the 200,000 PRIVATELY OWNED machine gun mark which was the mark for Stun Guns and Tasers in Caetano v Mass…
I would still request and prefer to have AAG Dhillon approve anything firearms (could-be / would-be) DOJ policy related over AG Bondi… but that is another rant for another thread…

I still like the main gun on the A-10 Warthog, the GAU-8/A Avenger, but I haven’t found a holster that I can use for it for CC.
