However as non-veteran’s we don’t get F—ed over as hard as veterans do. Uncle Sam made a lot of promises and continues to make them to millions of 18 year old bright eyed kids that he never fulfilled his promises to. Only other group that can probably hold a candle to our veterans are Native Americans.
When my father was in college all of his most question the Government “Hippie” professors were WWII Vets. When I was in College all my most question the Government professors were Vietnam Vets. Today it seems all the professors seem to be women and men who hate the Government over questioning it, can’t say if they ever served because I am not in their classes to ask.

Helmsman and Planesman station. The Chief of the Watch, sits to their left controls the movement of water to maintain proper ballast. The Diving Officer sits behind the Helmsman and Planesman and gives orders to all three of these guys.
