It’s always a breath of fresh air when any US Government Agency (in this case Federal) who follows the US Constitution sues another Government Agency (in this case a county) who doesn’t follow the US Constitution. As I understand it, this is another application of their oath of office "to preserve, protect and defend, the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies foreign and Domestic "
