How to Find/Make a Gun Trust

I’m inquiring about gun trusts in estate planning. I have some NFA items that I would like my now grown children to be able to use (own?). Is a gun trust also the document where I would enumerate which person gets which firearm. I’d there to do doubt about who gets what - including the NFA items. Thanks
