Be careful relying on zippers to keep something shut. A pen will separate the zipper and they can take anything they want. They can leave the two zippers together, zip to one side and then the other and you will never know the bag was even opened.
There are lots of videos on this… and I seem to remember modern rogue doing one… but I found this one quick enough…
