It’s been almost six months since I last bought a gun. CA’s Roster of Handguns limits my choices and prevents me from making Impulse purchases

Absolutely no limits here but my last gun purchase was over a year ago. Wife and I are realizing that in 67 years on this planet, we gotta’ lotta’…stuff.
That hi-power looks like a good deal, but gee,no dot or rail…it can’t be any good 
I will be seeing what’s up with suppressors and the nfa tomorrow morning…got two in a trust,one not in a trust, and was tired of the bs involved with nfa stuff. If that goes away, I’d like two more of my suppressor tuned AR’s to have dedicated cans.

Until suppressors are off the NFA I’m not purchasing one.
The government has had my prints on file since ‘97, been printed 4 times since then by my States and Counties.
I shouldn’t be asked to fill out a separate form for a muffler.
