But I’m glad there’s now a ruling on it so that it can be used in further litigation.
It just sucks that Constitutionally breaking laws can be enacted immediately but it takes years to get them overturned.
See, that’s the thing, how can anyone, ATF, Governors, etc knowingly create laws out of thin air without Congress, and enforce them?
There needs to be an immediate AG, on a State and Federal level that all these BS unconstitutional laws has to go through before they can do anything.
The ATF are just brown shirts and SS running rampant doing whatever they want without a leash. Heck even their director doesn’t have a lick of knowledge about what he’s in charge of.
