I have one of those, and it’s sweet to shoot!
Not exactly a gun meme. Just a litte nostalgia.
The 1950s. Back when the company you worked for could have its own gun club, and make the cover of the corporate magazine. Collins Radio in Cedar Rapids, Iowa was a manufacturer of military and commercial radio equipment. My dad is a WWII vet and occasionally worked with Collins radios on aircraft in the US Navy.
I can speak to that. I used Collins radios in civil aircraft. They were some of the best avionics you could have back in the day.
Kinda sums up this presidency ![]()

The louder the volume with which a “point” is delivered, the less factual content is contained therein.
I AM NOT PARTIAL TO GLOCKS!
And that is 100% true. ![]()
I have 8 Glocks and a couple that can’t be discussed. They are not perfect but they’re better than anything in second place. They are not as ugly as Taylor Swift but when fixed up they could pass for Rhianna.
You didn’t have to shout. You’re preaching to the choir. Not partial to them myself.
I can’t get no satisfaction
And a man comes on and tells me
How white my shirts can be
But he can’t be a man 'cause he doesn’t smoke
The same cigarettes as me
I can’t get no
Oh no no no
Hey hey hey
That’s what I say
I can’t get no satisfaction
Handgun Hero comparison
A Glock and what could’ve been my first ever firearm, I had $200 attending my first gun show.
Thankfully California required a HSC, Handgun Safety Certificate, which I didn’t possess at the time.
I was being funny. You stated the louder the volume, the less factual. Thought my smiling emoji was a clue. Sorry about that. ![]()
I know. “Shouting” aside, I don’t like Glocks either. Doesn’t feel right in my hand. ![]()
Actually there is no evidence that anything was stolen! Just a broken window.
