Illinois and an extra $3 if you pay on line. That says nothing about the 16 Hour class @ $ 100 to 150 and originally $75 for electronic fingerprints.

Oklahoma did, however not needed with Constitutional Carry now, unless you go out of state, then you need the actual card.

If you can even get an Illinois out of state. There’s only 4-5 states they offer it to.

It’s states that have “similar” carry permit qualification requirements that Illinois does. Arkansas, Idaho, Mississippi, Nevada, Texas and Virginia.
