Early Voting in person mid-October starts…,

We are getting down to the wire of Election Day 2024, Tuesday, November 5th.

Early voting in person starts in most jurisdictions the last two weeks of October.

My county election commission starts here October 16, 2024. At the Election Commission Office: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with extended hours on some days.

If you find your voting place inconvenient, or you are unsure you can make it there that day, seek out your early voting opportunities.

Please vote, we need this one!

Planning on voting early here in NC; looks like the options start 10/17.

Remember VOTE EARLY and OFTEN! You know, like the dems do!

We have been IDENTIFIED every time that we vote. There are no second ballots. It’s once for each registered voter.

bank your vote at your township offices
they are put into a locked box and are not counted till after the polls close

With the terrorist plotting an election day attack, we should be concerned with something bigger being planned on that day. I hope the three letter entities are paying attention.

Watch your 6!

I had that very thought when I heard a report of a planned polling station attack.

Early voting reduces the target rich environment on the actual election date spreading the early voters over ten to fourteen days making them a less enticing target themselves.

One thing about it is if the ballots are destroyed, what impact will that have upon the elections themselves.

Whip the slate clean, eliminating any irregularities found, and redo anew.

Make it backfire on then.

That’s an interesting question: if ballots are destroyed, possibly in multiple areas, what would they do? I wonder if there’s a contingency plan for such an event.

How about forcing a vote in two locations each time, 1/2 vote count for each. In the end…they should match. If not, something happened, or folks waste their votes by one for each candidate.

(Might I recommend a contingency plan:

Any ballots destroyed at a particular polling location,

those voters get an automatic re-do,

and can re-vote to replace their destroyed ballots.

No gain to destroyers.

No loss to those voters.)

It’s hard enough just getting citizens to vote just once. But, if ballots get destroyed, I do recommend replacing those ballots with replacement votes.

It would also be nice if it remained to stay in.

After Jan. 6, I’m no longer sure which side they’re focusing on.
