These briefs are standard from both sides of the issue, but the DOJ filing one on behalf of gun rights is something that we haven’t seen in the past.

Seeing the DOJ take the sides of gun owners, especially when those evil black semi autos are involved, might give me hope in the govt.

Im definitely not holding my breath on SCOTUS getting involved. They will just keep kicking it back down to lower courts…unless we get multiple circuit court of appeals with different results. Then they have to take it
