For my swan-song, I decided to splurge and buy one of his “Sunfish” lock-blade folders - I’d wanted one since I first pulled up his website. The standard model comes with black G-10 grips @ $115.00 - the deluxe with carbon-fiber grips @ $135.00. They have broad, 3-1/8" blades of a Chinese AUS-8A clone, mated to a 4" handle with Russell’s proprietary “ILPS” locking system. The bolsters, shields and pins are all stainless. The carbon fiber model is on his “Discontinued” list - make SURE it’s in stock if you order one. He also offers a stout leather belt-pouch for these @ $25.00.

The Dexter Russell Green River works for me. The sheep skinner blade I find especially handy
