if 3.25 MOA costs #377.77… 1 MOA should cost 116.23 (3.25 time less)… but it doesn’t… 
Does anyone know why? Am I missing anything in my math?

unless… if there is a 48% discount for 3.25 MOA… so it will be only 14.7% discount for 1 MOA…
