My favorite part of taking new shooters to the range is knowing that they have heard the 4 laws of gun safety. I also like to make sure that they get their confidence built and it’s a positive experience.
I love converting ‘fence sitters’ to people who will not be opposed to guns. That’s going to be a big deal in the years ahead. We need their votes to hold on to our rights (sadly).
My favorite part of taking new shooters to the range is seeing the look in their eyes when they hear the ringing of the steel target for the first time when they hit it. It’s like a kid on Christmas morning. It is especially good when they realize that all the homework I had them do, prior to holding and shooting the firearm, was worth it.
