9 more drug manufacturers today agreed to provide “Favored nation” status on their drug pricing, bringing the total number of manufacturers on board with this program to 14. Four more companies will be coming on board next week.
During the press conference, the President announced he is calling for a meeting of the major health insurance companies, no later than the first week in January, to convince THEM to significantly lower THEIR prices.
No other President has had this much positive influence on AMERICAN health care prices. The best is yet to come!
