I love Beemers. They’re the only sports cars I’ve seen upside down on the side of the freeway. A 200ish foot rise and maybe 15 degree right curve over 1/2 mile on southbound I-5 approaching Del Mar Heights Road, there have been TWO BMWs upside down in the center median one year, late 1990s. It’s probably not grass any more, but 2 more lanes now. I never did figure out what caused the flipovers except driver error. Loose nuts behind the wheels, ah reckon.
