That looks like a “Made in the USA” Old Timer by the Schrade company. The Schrade company made Schrade, Old Timer, and Uncle Henry pocket knives. The latter being guaranteed against loss. They don’t make them here anymore as the company went out of business. I think Taylor Brands bought the rights to the name so now they are “Hecho en China” as far as I know. The above meme is spot-on correct, though. My grandad used to say you could “make one of those Old Timers so sharp that it could slice a floatin’ duck turd and never cause a ripple in the water.”
