I am a retired Registered Nurse. I am 77 years old and have been a concealed carrier since 2015. I started carrying because I realized that I could not possibly, physically protect my wife or myself without a firearm of some sort. My carry gun is a Smith & Wesson M&P 9. I carry it in a Crossbreed holster and have missed carrying it for only 2 or 3 days since I started carrying in March 2015. Most of my practice has been dry fire, but since moving to Oklahoma I am looking for a range I can access readily. I am an avid reader of the Concealed Carry Magazine and a member of USCCA.
