Carry “passports” to dine at restaurants or go to the gym, maybe? If you’re not carrying, you’re not being responsible about public health.
All kidding aside, this idea actually has merit, at least as a point of argument. Sure, there is the rare “adverse reaction” from someone carrying, but how is that substantively different from blood clots or anaphylaxis?

I forget, which of the Amendments to the Constitution get violated by a 16 year old dish washer getting a few extra hours of door duty checking people’s medical records ?? Maybe the 2nd isn’t the only one “those people” are chipping away at !!
