Sorry to hear that. I dont get them but my wife does. There are certain things that make it more likely to occur and more likely to be intense. So avoiding those triggers helps, and then finding the right meds helps once they are triggered. Sometimes the generic vs namebrand makes a difference too.

My boss and his boss are making it possible to both take care of the people and take care of the project… its a pleasure to be able to act with their backing and confidence.
My boss is someone who always gets that its about the people. If you take care of them, they’ll take care of the project.
