Yikes! Thoughts?

 So, Hmmm, police want HIM for questioning  :face_with_raised_eyebrow: QUESTION THE VICTIM, LOOK AT THE VIDEO!!! Video and victim’s statement tells it all. WHAT’S MORE TO QUESTION? The robber PISTOL WHIPPED (had a gun) and ROBBED the victim, POSSIBLY could have gotten carjacked. Wanting for questioning is MORE THAN WANTING FOR QUESTIONING!

Yup, get yourself an Attorney and turn yourself in like the Taquira guy did.

This is how it usually works.
If he would stayed and gave a statement, it would had probably been over…
After shooting the robber, he got time to walk and talk to the guy who was robbed but somehow he didn’t feel confident to call 911 and talk to Police. Why? Let’s sit tight, relax and follow the story… :kissing:

@Jerzees Here’s what it looks like in the video. After the pistol whipping/robbery, the robber is high tailing out of there when   “good guy with a gun” :point_right: SHOOTS A FLEEING ROBBER :point_left:  no longer a threat to anyone  “as anyone would say”, THEN THE “good guy with a gun” gets in his car and drives away :astonished: :grimacing: (NO BUENO!) does Not stick around, check on the victim (that got robbed), did NOT call 911. Hopefully he will get a lawyer and turn himself in. He is wanted for QUESTIONING.  NO HE’S NOT!! This is NOT self defense NOR defense of others, it’s HOMICIDE in eyes of the DA and the JURY decides if IT’S JUSTIFIED HOMICIDE (so-called self defense) or UNJUSTIFIED HOMICIDE  :flushed: :cold_sweat: Pray for JUSTICE

Bottled milk delivered to your house with those paper caps on top instead of aluminum. Playing cowboys and indians with our cap pistols. I can remember the TV stations put some kind of sign off symbol on the black and white TV around 11 o’clock and you had to wait until the morning to watch anything else. But, I guess I grew up in a different neighborhood where we had three incidents with a gun in my own house by time I was 6 years old. One shot and lived, one shot and dead, and one stopped and turned over to law enforcement. Be happy about your younger life but I’ve seen what people can do and am probably better off for it.

For the most part, the good old days (specific years) people reference had higher violent crime rates than we have today, or have had for awhile.

If you watch too much media/‘news’, you get a different picture about violent crime…it used to be higher. We are just coming out of an exceptionally safe/low violent crime rate (like, real low) somewhat recent, so while it may be higher the last short bit than it had been…it’s still lower than back in the day.

I know some don’t want it viewed that way because, you know, there are more guns and more people carrying guns than ever before and all that, but, yeah.

The handgun fell out of his hand and was a little to his left. The shooter could easily see it while walking toward the robber before shooting again. I was really surprised he wasn’t charged with something like manslaughter.

There are more ways to be killed than by a gun seen. Learn them all least you be a victim of one.

I could fall off my skateboard and hit my head on the concrete retaining wall and this time never wake up. At least I died having fun. We all risk our lives to some degree every day. If I had to think of every way I could be kill, I would stop thinking about it. If God wants to take me He will take me.
