But actually, you amplified what I stated. I don’t know whether that’s a particularly charge or not! I simply related what was said for us to know. The intricacies are for the forensics people and the prosecutor, etc. But the appearance is that there was an attempted brake-in and while doing so, the homeowner died. That’s simple. If the initial charge is manslaughter, ok. But could there be more? As to why exactly she died, or the causation is for the other professionals to determine, which could potentially impact the initial charge. That’s what I was saying.

Wow. Another reason to like the South. Here, that’s Felony Murder, usually any thing that happens during the commission of a crime is added to the charges.
