Asking out of curiosity, not a criticism, who survives two shots to the head?
Wouldn’t four shots to the torso be considered excessive when it comes to stopping the threat?

Regarding two shots to the head.
People wrongly understand ideas of those targets. This is not about head and chest / torso - these are only analogue / reference where to aim, actually named : head zone and chest zone.
Two shots in head zone are not two shots into the head, just shots in smaller target, different from the main, easy target - chest zone.
