It’s him telling a story of his friend who works in an ER who explained a young teenager was rushed in and was in bad shape. The young teenager attempted a plea for help by overdosing, rather than truly wanting to commit suicide.
Unfortunately, the teenager took enough Tylenol that it caused their liver to fail and that they were not able to save them.
He ends it with a request for people to stop being stupid, for their and their unborn child’s sake.

To be fair, the girl recognized the danger and dad was brave.
Where he F’d up was not moving his family behind himself and trying to shelter them from the incoming violence.
Me personally, I’d have told my kids to run and shelter, then stood there and videoed my own demise!
