Same here, my dad and uncle started me off and did well enough that I was competing at a high level by the time I was 14.
Uncle Sam gave me my first and best formal training.

Same place I learned, back in 1978, at the MP Academy. I’ve since taken further classes and training sessions to un-learn a bunch of those bad habits. Times change, we grow smarter, we develop better habits. At least that’s the hope.
