What did we think they'd say?

So did the old man point a gun at them OR are they just saying he did? One guy with a .357 vs 5 guys with 556’s, 6 rds vs 150 rounds?

If he did, he did, and it’s not like “only 6 rounds of .357 magnum” is not an imminent deadly threat.

So what we the mere mortals, The Joe and Jane Sixpacks’ of the community get is:

“We have no further details to provide at this time,” the FBI said Monday."

No proof but you can trust what we say, We are the FBI ya know.

Like I said…if he did, he did.

The last time we did one of these here there was body camera footage released clearly showing the homeowner coming to the door with a gun and raising it at the offices immediately (the wrong address polite door knock in the night one).

But…I’m not seeing indication of a body camera here.

My post was more to point out that a .357 revolver, if pointed at others, clearly represents an imminent deadly threat regardless of how many firearms the others may have.

I doubt the federal bureau of intimidating is being truthful.

If they had body camera footage maybe but till federal “agents” carry them as local LEOs are required to I don’t try a thing they claim
