# We know the Difference between Self Defense and Asault

I post this article only to make the point that, in this case, the jury knew the difference between self defense and Murder. The details, seat belt still on, driving away… say it all.

Honestly if I was on a jury and there was a case about a 15 year old shooting somebody on the side of the road, probably without the details, I’d say the 15 year old has a 99.99% probability of being guilty.
