Kind of makes me glad I’m not a doctor.

I don’t know, I may be able to help them with how VD Outbreaks occur and I might know a form of contraception that is proven to work every time. Imagine that and I’m neither a Government official nor a CDC/NIH Doctor for America…

Instead of making this country great again, they will continue to divide this country even farther.

I glanced at the article, and I’m pretty sure that there are a few points missing; however, in our 3 branch system of government, there are the checks and balances between each branch so that, in theory, no one branch is more powerful.

So, yes, Federal Judges are not elected, they are appointed by the Executive Branch, and are approved by the Legislative Branch; and they (the Judges) can be impeached by the Legislative Branch.

So, yes, Judges can make rulings on cases that are filed and can then, by interrupting the law, tell the Executive Branch to do something. And of course this can be appealed.

And, just to clarify, I am not commenting on the specifics of the case itself…

How do you stop all the leaks in a dam? You can try to plug each and every hole, but it is easier stop the whole dam at once. When you do this like Trump has, the effect is that even the good flow of water is stopped as well as all the other leaks. That is what is getting everyone’s attention they are not aware of the other leaks being fixed.

But apart from charges of bribery or other blatant criminal activity, they’re not likely to be impeached. Being a political activist or even just incompetent isn’t likely going to get them tossed out. If it was, I’ve got a big list in the 9th Circuit ready to be submitted to Congress.

I understand what you are saying, but I’m also thinking that it should be an uphill battle to remove someone from office - imagine what it would be like if it wasn’t.
