When these States write up laws they need to be reviewed by the Federal courts to pass Constitutional Law, if they cannot then they cannot be signed into law.

There is legal precedent saying that they (insert government agency here) cannot make a law or tax that makes exercising the second amendment unaffordable for the average citizen, and subsequently pass legislation claiming “not in common use”
90+% of all the gun laws need to be overturned.
Some how they’ve conveniently blinded themselves to the words
