This is WI. Brother we eat off the cob, lots of butter and a little salt.
I bought a 60 count bag of sweet corn at peak freshness, had only 1 unusable cob.
I cooked them up and cut off the corn , in a large bowl (X2) mixed in 1 1/4 pound of WI. sweet cream pure butter, let it cool and filled pint vacuum seal bags. I got 28 bags of fresh corn and butter, just add a little salt.
Now I have fresh corn for the Grandbabies when they are here.
