This is not a rare thing for people to have a gun or several in their vehicle in the state of VA. They must have had other stuff in the car to make them flee. Could be maybe the fact that they were under the influence of alcohol and in possession of the firearm while under the influence that made them flee. IMHO the police were smart not to pursue because they may have killed someone while escaping. Incidents like this is just another way for the lefties and the democrats to push for more gun control
